4Ireland – Up to €70,000 for Coastal Island

Ireland’s “Our Living Islands” program offers up to €70,000 to individuals willing to purchase and renovate vacant properties on 30 remote coastal islands.

The goal is to revitalize these communities and ensure their sustainability. Applicants must commit to living on the island for at least 10 years and cannot use the property as a short-term rental.
