9Ao Phrao Beach, Thailand

Ao Phrao Beach was once a paradise in Thailand, but an oil spill in 2013 turned it into a disaster zone. The oil spill covered the beach and water in black sludge, killing marine life and damaging the environment.
Although cleanup efforts were made, traces of pollution remain, making it one of the dirtiest beaches in Thailand.
