The indigenous people residing on this island harbor a strong aversion towards foreigners.

Their hostility was evident when an Indian team attempted to establish communication, but unfortunately, the locals reacted by firing flaming arrows at their aircraft, prompting the team to evacuate hastily. Similarly, in another event, when a boat accidentally landed on the island, the natives attacked and killed both passengers without any delay.
